With water damage, time is of the essence. The sooner that we have water damaged upholstery in hand, the more likely we will be able to salvage it. All water-damaged furniture must be treated at our facility.
The top priority is treating it with an anti-microbial and drying it out. Once dry, we follow with a full cleaning. If our professional, experienced opinion dictates that an item is not salvageable, we will not encourage you to proceed with cleaning.
