Water damage is a very unexpected and unwelcome surprise. The most important factor in treating water-damaged rugs is to treat them as soon as possible at our facility.
Our first priority is to treat the rug with antimicrobial agents, which prevents ongoing or future damage. We then start drying it with extraction, air-movers and dehumidifiers – whatever steps are necessary. Follow that with a full cleaning to restore your rug to its original condition.
